Portland rallies for health care funding during National Day of Action: 'I believe we can make a difference'

PORTLAND, Oregon — Outside the OHSU tram along the waterfront, dozens held a rally for National Day of Action. The rallies have been taking place in response to President Trump’s decision to cut federal programs. Many at Wednesday’s rally were fighting for medical research.
